Default 1983 club car lack of power

1983 new battery's goes forward and reverse but has no power, will not climb even a small incline. Any tips to correct greatly appreciated

I'm having the same issue with mine. On a full charge does your battery gauge drop into the red when you press the pedal?

Have you checked your micro switches and speed control solenoids a working properly?

I know you said the batteries are new. What is the pack voltage of the batteries?

What is the exact voltage? Are all 5 solenoids clicking in the proper order? (From driver's side to passenger's side)
