Re: 1995 gas Club cart Won't start
Ok here is the Pic you asked for!
And the diagram of my 95-96 gas cart! I disconnected the wires from the two small terminals and ran jumpers straight to each of the small poles, the relay clicked. What next? Thanks |

Re: 1995 gas Club cart Won't start
One of the hardest things to do is trouble shoot issues over the internet. Everyone here reads what is posted and sometimes communication get crossed, sometime we have to read between the lines, sometimes we have to pull info like a Dentist.
I don't know of anyone that gets paid one dime to be here let alone to put up with smartazz attitude so you have three choices, Be patient through this process while we get ya going, Take your issues to any other forum you like, Take it to a dealer and let them fix it. It is totally up to you. That being said, In your first post you stated you jumped across the two large posts on the solenoid and the motor spun over. Did it spin over when you did the test with the two small jumpers? It should have because it "clicked". If it did not you have a bad solenoid even though you stated it is new and it clicked. If it did spin over, you need to determine what one of the solenoid small posts are not connected properly One small post will be to ground, one will be 12v supplied from battery through key switch, pedal switch, micros. Do some checks and lets see what happens. |

Re: 1995 gas Club cart Won't start
Copy that, yes it clicked but did not turn over when two little posts were jumped. Ok, I will replace solenoid right now, give me ten minutes! I dont think that is the problem though!

Re: 1995 gas Club cart Won't start
Might not be your main problem because before you stated no "click" when you push pedal but it must spin over when tested with the jumpers before we can move on.

Re: 1995 gas Club cart Won't start
Crash I did exactly as you asked me to, I removed the wires from the two small posts and then jumped the two small posts directly from the battery. The ignition was in the off position, with the cart in neutral, with no pedals being pressed. The solenoid only clicked, like it was working? I just used the old solenoid which I never tested, I just replaced it, the old practice of throwing money at a problem, it did the same thing, click. Dont think it is the solenoid? But if you think it is I will go get a third one and install, Thanks Jeff
