Well Scotty said he is out of ideas. It's weird that we have the same problem. Regardless my wheels won't go forward. I have dropped thousands of dollars on this build to be told I am SOL.

Dude gotta relax. Maybe it's the installer
I've been in the same boat but getting wound up won't fix it and you can't expect Scotty to fly to your house and fix it lol

Well maybe this will shed some light? When the customer left the lake he plugged in the charger. Returning a week later the charger was off and the B+ cable was burned off. Maybe something shorted? I forgot to mention this earlier but have racked my brain trying to figure this out. My thought is maybe the controller? I have replaced the solenoid and that wasnt it. I cannot get any continuity thru the reverse resistor diode.
