Are all connections clean and tight?

What is the battery voltage?

battery conetions tight and the voltage is 37.6 volts. Ran perfect otday with small controller on. done a total upgrade from wires to Controller. I must have something jacked up with it. just cant find it.

Take a break and sort things out. Go back over it all, one step at a time.

37.6V is a bit low. Try charging and see if that helps. You may have a weak battery. It wouldn't hurt to check them individually.

Lee check your email. I think you have the 1/2 power reverse activated all the time?
