Default Potential issue

There is a possibility that Powerwise QE battery charger system can catch fire on an electric golf cart.*Apparently*the supplier has been aware of this potential fire hazard since early in the year when a fire occurred.*It appears that after the first fire incident all customers and end users were not informed of this fire hazard and therefore all Powerwise QE battery charger systems with faulty components were not repaired.*As such, there has been talk of another more recent fire occurrence. Word on the street is that the supplier is attempting to repair this issue by*replacing faulty components in the field at no charge to the customer.*To assist in ensuring faulty components are replaced in a timely manner and that all Powerwise QE battery charger systems are repaired, everyone is asked to contact their supplier*and request that this potential safety hazard is addressed and fixed immediately. Hopefully this will*prevent any occurrence of personal injury and damage to belongings.

Can you be more specific as to the problem?
Where did your information come from?
What is causing the fire hazard, the charger itself or the location of the installation?
