Hmm. I have a few good used mcors let me know if you need one. The voltage on frame is another story. I have never experienced that

Well, I've been reading and the voltage is not really a problem since it is positive on the frame. From what I've read, that is from the brush dust inside the motor. Just milliamp voltage. I'm not too worried about that now that I have confirmed that the MCOR is my problem. I jumped the micro switch plug and the cart works perfectly! Pull the jumper, plug back into the MCOR and it acts stupid again.

Sounds good to me.
I love the cart but have not used it much lately because I was afraid of getting stranded. All this research today has shown me that CC has had lots of trouble with these mcors. Mine has the plastic pins and screws at diagonals and is star/spline driven. 01-04 DS style, I believe. Can you email me info? Thanks |

Digital Volt meter black on B- to controller and Red on differential or frame would read +48.

I received the used MCOR this morning and the microswitch to fix my bad MCOR will be in this afternoon. I will install the used one and test drive in a little while. When I receive the microswitch, I will photograph the repair and post in "Inside an MCOR" this evening.
Well, I'm gonna see what happens! *** I installed the good used MCOR and the cart is working fine! This evening I will test the one I repair. |
