on my electric cart? If so, lights, back up flashers(bypass when not in reverse), radio(bypass relay), 12 v outlet, and the last one is a spare that will be used for led ground effect lights in the future.

Digital is the voltage on the cart. The Big toggles are the light switch and the reverse manual switch

Its an electric cart, which mean that tells you the state of the batteries. Look at the graph below. I have a 48volt cart and you can see the charge state of the batteries.
