Perhaps the meter is correct! the batteries need charging!

I put the charger on and it goes through the cycle without movement on the indicator. After I ran the charger I drove the cart for about 1.5 hours with the indicator on the third bar and no movement throughout the whole time. In other words. The batteries are charging, and the indicator is not moving unless I reset it. Then it shows full charge like always, however drops back down to right where it started after a few minutes of sitting still.

Found the problem. When I re wired the solenoid I put the wire on the wrong side of the resistor. Switched it to the hot side and its all good. Thanks for the help guys.
