1in shaft clutch

I would like to know if there was a golf cart clutch made that will fit a 1 in shaft and take 7/8 in to 1 in belt?

I was trying to find a used clutch. The one I have is jecky it engages at 1600 rpm it spin the tires on take off just about every time on hard top too. Maybe it's 2200 rpm I don't know but that the 2 rmp setting for the 40 ser clutch.
