Default Is this lift factory?

My dad recently got a 01 txt and I was wondering if this is a factory lift or not as I want to put front brakes on the cart since we will be running all terrain tires on it(currently I have 12's with low pro tires on it as the cart had lawn tractor tires on it and they are pretty bad(one was replaced with a regular all terrain tire by the guy we got it from before we got it)

Someone can correct me, but all of the stock TXT's i've ever seen or dealt with didn't have a drop axle configuration.

Looks close to the second one.

I can snap some pics of it if it will help.

I was wanting to know if I can put a jakes front brake kit on it with this lift kit?

Those look like factory spindles so I don't think that the Jakes brake kit will work. Definitely not a factory axle.

call them and ask Toll-Free 1-866-405-2537
**CART MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 10" WHEEL WITH STRAIGHT BELL ON BACK SIDE**
but it looks like you can do it

If it's the factory spindles then I can use a jakes brake kit without worry or issue.

May give them a call to be sure.

The rims I have do have a straight bell and are offset so it will make it easier to do.

I wonder if I can use the brake kit for a non lifted cart since I don't need extra parts since it uses the factory spindles.
