Rubber Trim
Hey Yall'
I was wondering where to find these pieces of trim that are missing in my pics. They are kinda covering some pretty sharp metal! I also found my front Leaf was broken! Nothing my Lincoln welder couldn't fix! Jon |

Re: Rubber Trim
You can not weld a spring. It ruins the whole spring temper thing. Get a new PAIR....

Re: Rubber Trim
if you're looking for the rubber edge moulding, it's pretty spendy stuff (most places I've seen only sell it in "complete do-over" quantities) - the other b*tch is there really isn't any comparable auto moulding that I've seen that works .... Buggies Unlimited stocks it, but try the site sponsors or Ebay first, you might get lucky

Re: Rubber Trim
Look for/try some automobile door molding. The soft black stuff on your door frame or door itself. I've seen it used before and couldn't tell what it was or where it came from. Wrecker yards have tons of styles, lengths, widths, etc. Cheap as h*ll. Just a thought.
