if you have fuel to tank side of pump and pulsing vacuum to diapragm and no fuel to carby then its a fair chance your pumps no good.seems to me looking around various websites you can buy a kit to repair your pump much cheaper than a new one

For the money this is a very good pump. Stock or V-twin works great. No problems after 2 years or so.

I have the same pump on my lawn tractor, 8 years plus...no problems.

Welcome Diesel, start at the tank and follow the fuel, is filter in tank plugged up, line pinched, fuel at the pump, after the pump, to the carb, will tell if pump is bad. If fuel is to carb you have a problem with the float or the float needle, Keep us posted, GOOD LUCK.
