Default Pulsing on Acceleration

She runs fine at a steady 14 mph as usual, for a mile or so then starts to pulse once on acceleration after a stop, then twice, then she slows to 13 mph.

Any ideas on what’s going on here?

CC Rider, turn the cart off, put it in neutral, and pump the go pedal about 30 times. If things improve, your MCOR is failing and needs to be replaced.

What can I expect to happen over time if the MCOR is failing?

Mine started to do that a couple of years ago and I bought a new MCOR but I still haven't fitted it yet because each time it happens I just pump the pedal and it's fine for another few months.

I suppose everyone's will be different but in my experience there's no hurry to replace it.

I have a 2003 DS and every few weeks I pump the pedal to smooth things out. Been doing this for a few years now. Heck by the time I have to change the mcor I may be croked

The pulsing may get worse over time if it is failing. Pumping the pedal cleans the contacts on the potentiometer inside the MCOR
