Unhappy 2000 club car ds 48 volt issues

This 2000 48 volt ds has battery voltage of 49.2. Changed out the solenoid on the passenger side. The v- glide housing is cracked and loose. Cart still will not run. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

roy

Voltage is below 70%. But sounds like you have other issues. Check all connections and fuses

If the V glide is "cracked and loose" you have to fix that first. Are both solenoids clicking?

Voltage is not getting there. Find out why the other is not clicking. You said above it is new. Are you getting 48v+ and 48v- to the small posts?

If one of them is clicking you have to be getting voltage to it.

Look at the diagram for your cart in the "stickies." Both of those solenoids get their + to the small posts from the same source but different wires. The - comes from the controller.
