2000 club car ds 48 volt issues
This 2000 48 volt ds has battery voltage of 49.2. Changed out the solenoid on the passenger side. The v- glide housing is cracked and loose. Cart still will not run. Any suggestions?
Thanks, roy |

Voltage is below 70%. But sounds like you have other issues. Check all connections and fuses

If the V glide is "cracked and loose" you have to fix that first. Are both solenoids clicking?

Quote:
Look at the diagram for your cart in the "stickies." Both of those solenoids get their + to the small posts from the same source but different wires. The - comes from the controller. |
