Default Buying My First Cart and Need Help!!

Hello Guys, I am new to the cart world. I am picking up a Yamaha 4 Passenger cart tommorrow, I don't even know the model number. It is is in great shape for the exception of the tires and it does'nt run and the seller has know Idea why. My first question is...is there a troubleshooting guide to help diagnois why it won't run? Second Question...How do I adjust the brakes, the pedal is stuck to the floor and won't move and it is not the parking brake. Last but not least where can I find a lift kit for a 4 passenger cart? Thanks for the help!

First - You NEED to know what you're getting. Second - What price are you getting it at? Third - Older Yamaha carts are expensive to repair. Fourth - There has to be a serial number plate on it somewhere, you should find it. Without that, you will have no idea what parts and peices you'll need to order to repair...

The best thing "right now" would be to take some pictures and post them. This would let us know what model you purchased and your many questions could be awnsered in the future. Good luck and welcome to "the nut house". Will be looking for the pic's. Later Dave

Thanks Guys, When I get the cart I will get the numbers and the model off of it. I do not think it is really that old. I am only paying $100 bucks for it. I will post some pics. Thanks again!

I picked up the cart and I found out that it is a G9 from 1991.
