Tee installed between pump and carb, if it runs at all, the choke is fully in??

Do you mean the choke knob is pushed in? That would make the choke open. That is normal, and good.

Ok. Closing the butterfly means that you are cutting off air to get more gas to the fuel air mixture.
That bolt that is stuck into the elbow. Was it 6x1 metric, and are you sure it is air tight? Were you able to get it to run for any length of time with the tee fitting? |

Not sure what bolt you mean? Was able to get motor running but not well, had to open and close choke to keep running, looks like gas is coming out exhaust?

Just after the carburetor, in the elbow, where the oil injector was mounted. That big honking shiny bolt.
Gas coming out of exhaust? Take the airline off the fuel pump, and see if it has gas in it. EDIT: I leave for work at 9 pm. |

Three feet of snow in Buffalo is probably deep enough to build a snow garage to keep the cart in.

This is crazy, lol, we are buried! Golf cart and all, I think it's out there somewhere?. Maybe with 7ft of snow on it, it might fix itself???. Thanks.
