TXT, Alltrax and D&D just clicks

Ok it jumped to 50 at those two terminals after click with pedal down. Dropped to 46 after pedal released. It was also at 46 with the key turned off on those two terminals.

Does this mean that the controller checks out ok? Can the motor be tested?

Ok I realized that I didn't actually check the ITS but the micro switch instead. I just checked the throttle pins on the controller with the FNR flipped one way and I was getting 13.6 just past the click as well as full throttle. I suspect this little 4 pin plug from ITS may be bad. Going to make a new plug tonight. With the FNR flipped in the other direction though, it went from 8.6-5.3.

LED is in fact working! I couldn't see it and I don't have any help so I'm kind of stretched all over the cart doing these test. I get 4 green flashes at beginning of throttle and then it stays green under full throttle. No light at key on position.

that 4 pin square plug is the molex plug-i think-a source of common failure...mine is giving me fits right now...

It's very tight and stressed. It's above the battery pack on this cart.

Ok I bypassed the molex with the same results. Just clicking under throttle. The wires looked awful though. I tested continuity as far as I could without going to the ITS, they checked out. Ran out of time. Going to test the black and white wires all the way to the ITS once kids go to bed hopefully.

Does anybody else think the controller body is shorting out the motor every time A1 and S1 hit the aluminum case?

Use a stick to press the gas with the cart on jack stands and see if the LED turns orange at full pedal - if yes = throttle test is complete and good. If no either the ITS or controller could be bad.

It goes solid green under full throttle and 4 flashes at beginning of throttle. No leds at key on position.
