Default Re: EZGO RXV Navitas Controller Upgrade

All just installed a navitas 600a controller on my 48v 2017 RXV with 2G wires. The cart a absolutely flies!!!!! Couple questions, I’m still running stock solenoid, do I need to change to 400a heavy duty? If I do, what’s the best one, and I assume I will have to mount in a different location? I did get a “weld” error code one night and used a mallet to free the solenoid. Last one, can I wire the resistor backwards how it is now? I assume resistors don’t need to follow +/- thank you for your help!!!!!!!!!!

Run until the stock one dies. I have done lots of RXV units and kept the stock solenoid and some have been running for years with no issues.

I have a new 2022 RXV Elite, looking to increase speed of course...
Getting 15 mph with 22x10x14 now. I understand Bob is mainly in the SE, anyone out West, near Wickenburg? Thanks, MN
