Actually, now you bolt it together, install it and run....................
Work no longer permits me to commit time to this project. Golf is seasonal, and it's hoppin' right now. SEE YOU IN THE FALL!
aw come on, you can spare a few minutes here and there for us......

Will post pics of the final assembly and test run within two weeks. Thank you all for the information, input and your personal time. It would not have been possible without all your help.
I owe you that.

Thanks, Tony

Here they are. The engine should be installed next week, It's not pretty, but I think it'll run.

I built a second header today. This is 16"" from flange to tip. It tapers more to the rt side of the cart and will have more clearance. The other header is 14 1/2". If they both fit we can compare the differences in performance. The pictures suck. Took with no veiwfinder. camera is no good!
Stay tuned for the installation. (next weekend)

Hi.
The project is on hold this week. I'll be buying a new camera this week so I can document the final installation. I need audio so you can hear this thing. The veiwfinder is out, I can't see what mode its in (audio, video, macro..etc.). and the pics aren't always focused, it sucks.
see you in 1 week....

I've been reading this post and can't wait to hear the results. I'm currently having a 350 W/ a 295 head installed in my cart and can't wait to do the rest of the mods for it to live up to it's potential.

How big of tires you run will determine how happy you are!

I'm going to be kinda limited as I'm really not fond of the way lifted carts look. Not knocking anyone just my personal preference.

I'm going after the sleeper cart look.

IMO you will be very happy with a hopped up 350cc then! Now if you just raise your rev limiter you could make a bit more power!
