2008 Tomberlin E2 wiper and mirror lamp not working
Hi guys, new to forum. The wipers and mirror lamp quit working at same time. I've changed fuses and bulb without success. It looks like wiring runs along driver side then splits off to wipers and mirror lamp. Any ideas on how to diagnose or repair? Thanks in advance.

Very very common that they don't work. Both issues are in the switches IF you have power going up to both items. Doesn't do any good to put on new parts, you get the same junk. Work with the switches on both units and you should be able to get it to work.

Re: 2008 Tomberlin E2 wiper and mirror lamp not working
tomberline2owner - I don't know if you have found the solution or not, but I had this same issue with my 2011 E2. I found there was a bad connection in a harness behind the batteries. I've attached the minimal notes I have from when I fixed mine. It has been awhile since I fixed it, but I think all I had to do was pull the connection apart and then reconnect it so it was solid. Hope this helps.

Same issue with a 2008 Emerge 2 years ago. Removed the wiper and took the switch apart as Gcg says, real junk. I got it working, but after a few days, it quits again

Re: 2008 Tomberlin E2 wiper and mirror lamp not working
Before I found the bad connection in behind the batteries, I replaced the dome light and removed the wiper motor to check it out. It worked for about a day or two and then quick. In reality, I likely bumped the connection which caused it to work for a short time. Once I found the bad connection, it solved the problem permanently - mine has been working for 2 - 3 years now.
