Alltrax max AMP setting for Nissan Leaf modules?
I just upgraded my cart to an Admiral MOT-A1 motor. I have a Nissan Leaf battery bank of 7 modules. 2 gauge battery cables. 500amp Alltrax series controller. I am wondering what to set my max current at in the controller. It is currently limited to 350A. Too conservative?
Searching online I saw a random reference that the motors draw was 88A. Most sellers recommend running this motor with at least a 400A controller. I believe some logging is in order with an eye on battery temperature, but I don't necessarily know what bad is. Suggestions? |

With 7 modules, I would not go above the 350A you have it set to.
