Not sure the first year of the Carry-all but the KF-82 flathead which you have there was used from 1984-1991 by Club Car.

EDIT: 1985 was the first year of the Carry-all

Not a curtis cab according to the club car dealer I talked to. Dealer told me it is a Pawnee Cab. I have the exact cab, cant find any ID or parts for it.

more info in the first thread OP made here: https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/showthread.php?t=174148
