Here's a picture of the other wire I found underneath that I'm curious the purpose. I'm laying on my back under the front of the cart, and the right side of the picture is the passenger side front. Behind that tubing and corrugated channel is a 2-pin Molex with pink and purple/black wire. |

Re: Lo Speed Switch
I’m convinced pin2 comes out somewhere, the schematic has “2019” on pin 2. I’m going to try to find that connector you found

Re: Lo Speed Switch
I found that 2 pin connector, very strange place to terminate it. No idea what it is. I just wish the schematic had more colors listed. Has to be some clue to function in the location.

Re: Lo Speed Switch
Be careful with the three individual unused spade lug connectors under the cup holder, its raw battery level voltage. Not sure why they are there unless its for some type of battery monitor.

Re: Lo Speed Switch
THE ANSWER
I finally decided to take apart the controller housing and see what was going on inside and there is no wire for pin #2!! Don't fret though, I have an easy solution. The connector is an AMPSEAL 770680-1. I actually had to buy one for a Navitas controller, so I had a website handy and was able to quickly find it... https://www.te.com/usa-en/product-770680-1.html That connector uses these AMPSEAL contacts - https://www.te.com/usa-en/product-CA...tible=770680-1 So you just crimp one of those onto a wire and with that AMPSEAL connector, you just push (& twist maybe?) directly into the back and it will clip in. I'm going to screw with mine eventually...but as I get closer to solving the low speed switch, I'm starting to think I'll never really use it, but it's fun to figure out. |

Re: Lo Speed Switch
So now I can finally stop searching for it up front, lol. Good detective work. What year is your cart?
