Yes, Doomsman, They are spinning freely, but they are stuck. I am using a puller that bolts to the lug studs--I assume the studs are pressed into the hub and not part of the axle?

I will try to post a pic soon.
Thanks

No Scotty, but I have been spraying them with PB every evening. I am using a puller that bolts to the lug studs--I assume the studs are pressed into the hub and not part of the axle?

The studs are part of the drum and not the axle so you are ok there.

Just spoke with Nagy Golf Cart in Arizona ( I had bought a belt and motor mounts from them several years ago for this cart). He said they were a pain in the a$$ to get off, but that the studs are part of the hub, so I guess I'll keep sprayin', beatin' & pullin'. He said he had a few of the Melex hubs, but they are $199/each.

Often, an incompetent will leave burrs on the axle or drum, and pound the drum into place, making it almost impossible to remove. Also, you gotta release the brake lock, but I assume you know that already, YOu may also have to release tension on the brake cables, using the turnbuckle underneath the floorboards.
Thanks, I have the cables disconnected.

none at all, Gorno. I figure if I can ever get them to move a little, I will be able to get them off.
