Default 09 EZGO 2Five limp mode after Lithium install

We have a EZGO 2Five in the shop that requested lithium install. It has the Danaher controller. The cart is in limp mode after we installed the battery.

Has anyone installed this successfully without using the factory charger? After installing Eco 105 the cart is in limited to 15mph and has poor acceleration. Factory battery meter is blinking low battery. The dash speedo is also not reporting speed.

We originally bypassed the onboard charger (which is also the 12v reducer AND links to the controller) and the cart worked normally, reaching 25 mph ,great acceleration, and speedo worked. The problem was the solenoid stayed energized constantly and the run/tow switch no longer functioned, as in the controller was basically ALWAYS on, even when the cart was off or in tow mode. We had to wire the onboard back in.

After we reinstalled the factory charger and put all the wiring back to factory the solenoid issue resolved, but now we can't get the cart to go faster than 15mph. We have the lithium installed and the Eco charger wired to charge the battery, but everything else is hooked up as it was prior.

The engine brake is working as expected, holding the cart when not moving and disengaging on pedal press, so I don't believe that is an issue.

We have bypassed the charger interlock.

Thinking it could be speed senor, but we do not have an oscilloscope to test. We are getting continuity on all 4 wires and 5v on 1 wire.

We are just a battery shop, so we don't have the expertise or tools to do much more diagnostic. Any help is appreciated.

No. It drives like it's in turtle mode all the time. No change between switches.
