Most older (90's) CC DS model serial numbers start with an "A"
eg: A9423-123456 A = DS (Gas or Electric) 94 = 1994 23 = production week (or something like that) -123456 = actual serial number ------------------------------------- Newer CC models will have 2 letters eg: AG0401-123456 A = DS G = Gas (or "Q" = IQ Electric) 04 = 2004 01 = production week -123456 = actual serial number Quote:

hey guys sorry its been a while ive had lots of internet problems after all the rain in mi. just got back up line today have not made it to shop yet to work on speed buggy, i am sure that the batt i bought is my chargr problem am going to drop a new one in her this weekend . just had a min wanted to say hi!

How can you find the model year for a club car made before 1990 Did they always start with the "A" or something else? I don't have an example, just wondering in case I stumble upon one for sale.

just look for the tag on the lower dash about center of dash and that will give you your year.,....................................
