Default rewire for new controler

I am changing to a newer controler. the original had 4 blades on the box and the new has 3 blades. I was told to tie the A from the bottom of the f&r switch to the A2 from the motor. Does anyone know if this is correct?
This is a reman ez go controler. From alltrax I think.
thanks

Default Re: rewire for new controler

The 2 cables that where attached to the old controller with 4 lugs. Take those 2 cables and connect them together with a bolt. I perfer a new longer cable so I don't have to worry about the bolt shorting out at some point.
