Clean up plastic parts
Not sure if this forum will get the widest audience, but here goes..
What's the best way to "recondition" the plastic black bit on a cart? A good scrub and then armor-all? My experience is that it picks up dust quickly, it's not a very durable solution. Looks great for a quick photo shoot, though!! Thx! ..a |

Re: Clean up plastic parts
I use a product called Turtle Wax Ice on the black plastic on my truck. Works great, lasts a long time and looks awesome! It doesn't pick up dust either...and I live in the country.

Re: Clean up plastic parts
There is some stuff made that is used on motorcycle plastic that works really good. The plastic is sanded down with light sand paper and the this stuff is applied. I can't remeber the name, but I used it on my motorcycle with great results. You should be able to find it in any cycle shop. Hope this helps.

are you talking about "Plastic Renew"? if so, that stuff does work great on shiny plastics because well....it makes them shiny again haha. the only problem with this stuff is that if you wash it or hit it with a lot of pressure from a hose or something, itll start to come off. |
