Re: Controller problems
Is that a steady climb? Push the pedal real slow especially near the top end and check those readings. You are real close to having a controller shut down. You should be OK with those readings though. You used a digital ohm meter right?

Re: Controller problems
very smooth transition from 0 to 5750. Yes I used my fluke. Just new to golf carts and don't have a manual for info. the new controller must be the wrong one but it sure is better than the original as for as getting to top speed and maintaining it even if it is at part throttle.

Re: Controller problems
So you are happy with every thing about the new controller except for the fact that when you press the accelerator to full pedal it seems to bog out? If you release the pedal a bit it runs fine? A linkage adjustment is what I am thinking. I am not an expert at all. What I would try is moving the linkage from the pedal to the potentiometer down a hole and see what happens.

Re: Controller problems
No I'm not totally happy because of that fact. I will be trying to find the right one but in the meantime this one is helping on th hills at my course. If any one has one 450-600 amp for 91 ezgo let me know. Also if you have any info on where to get one and a part number let me know.
