Unhappy EZGO TXT power failure

We recently had our batteries changed out and noticed the lights were dimmer than before. Then the other day when starting in reverse, the cart lurched out of brake then quit. The battery meter looks good and it should have a full charge, but all we hear is a clicking sound. Is there a fuse or power connection somewhere that might have tripped? I need to get it moving first and foremost, then I also want to know why the lights are dim before I take it out at night again. Thanks!
