I went with the 500 amp Alltrax. The 400 Axe is a great upgrade over stock.

I purchased an alltrax NPX4844/ITS controller, should be here tomorrow, is there anything else i need to upgrade such as the solenoid etc?

HD solenoid, 4 gauge cables, and a HD F&R unit.

Yes sir, Rabbit is right! I did exactly what is it listed above. Alot of my 15 year old connections were dirty and corroded. It was like rebuilding my cart to be a new one. Night and day difference.

Installed new controller and cart is running, however it is very slow. Checked voltage at M- with cart on blocks and full pedal voltage reads 8.5v. Battery pack is at 37.5. any suggestions like motor or ITS? What other tests can I make?

What is the pack voltage while cart is under a load?

Did you retain the factory 5 pin plug or clip it off?
