well that plus the fact that the charger isn,t shutting off theres a good chance yes its toast.....as for where and how much???? i would start here with some site sponsers their price should be right in the ballpark.......the one place i would stay away from is e-bay......you might save a few bucks but your gonna be on your own.................................

Thanks Shadow...do you think I am overcharging my batteries with it showing drawing 3 amps or possibly the computer is not allowing a full charge??

as much as you have had the charger on the past few days they should be plenty charged.......i have a customer at camp who several years ago had the same problem.....charger wouldn,t shut off and yes he cooked his batteries....so new batteries and new OBC and problem solved but i think you got yours early enough that as long as problem is resolved batteries will be fine............................

Ok tried a reset by nothing..Actually following the reset instructions after disconnecting the battery bank ground and pressing the gas pedal fully i did not even get the reverse buzzer much less it stop after 30 seconds. Not sure why anything would work with no ground but hey I tried. Anything left to diagnose before i replace the obc for these symptoms??
