What would this have to do with anything? My reducer is producing 15 volts, is this ok? I still need to check the load. Thanks, Steve |

If your batteries are weak, the voltage reading will be off.

When you say "off" do you mean it could increase? I'm jumping off 2, 8 volts and my reducer is only lowering it by 1 volt. My batts are 2.5 yrs old and seem to be ok. Thanks, |

If the batteries in the meter are weak, it could read incorrectly in either direction. As for the reducer, is it reading 15vt with the radio turned on?
