How slow should I be uphill?

Ok I got no clue what's normal so I'll just ask.

I have all new everything
11 hp b&b motor
500 alltrax
Brand new solenoid
2g wiring
Scotty helped me pick it out and am using his bell crank and potentiometer
Also 8 6v t105 new batteries

Really not sure my top speed but it for sure slows uphill
Is this normal?
If I can measure the speed how many mph do you expect to slow from flat to a hill?
I just wonder if there is something to tweak
My potentiometer is right at 5k when max, should I go up say to 5500?

There is nothing to be gained between 5000 and 5500. Tell us more about your cart.
What size tires?
What make & size are the batteries?
How old are the batteries?
How big is this hill?
What is your top speed?

Electric carts do slow on hills, how much is a result of a lot of factors.

What voltage are you running?
What mods have you made to the cart?
Rear seat?
Front basket?
Roll bar? lol Trying to get an idea how much added weight is on the cart.
Can you push the cart easily with one hand on flat ground?

its just the nature of the beast that they slow down going uphill, as mentioned there are a lot of factors as to how slow including the grade of the incline..............................

What make & size are the batteries? Trojan t105 8 of them
How old are the batteries? brand new
How big is this hill? I honestly have no idea how to figure that out, maybe 30degrees and the length of 5 houses with yards
What is your top speed? honestly another thing I haven't figured out how to determine

Rear seat? yes
Front basket? no but I did put a jakes brush guard that includes the front bumper
Roll bar? no but there is a 80 inch roof on it
Also 6 inch lift, front wheel extension kit so I can run 23s and rear disc brake set. There is also a diamond plate access panel and diamond plate rocker panels, also a jakes rear bumper made like two bars running parallel.

Can you push the cart easily with one hand on flat ground? I can push it without major effort, but then again I'm really really strong

Ok not so much on that last part, but yes it rolls when I push it with one hand without having to kill myself to do it.

I'm going to try to get a video of me running the cart up so I can give you guys a better idea. Seeing as how this is my first cart and I am the opposite of a mechanic I just want to make sure everything I set up is correct.

Most smart phones have a gps ap available which will enable you to tell us how fast you go on the flats and then up the hill.
