Is that a stock # belt on there or the shorter belt some use?

The engine jumped to life, and ran.
It looks like the primary clutch never squeezed together. EDIT: After watching several more times, that primary clutch is definitely not working. Engine RPMs sound strong. |

It should be moving at that RPM. You should be able to squeeze it together fairly easily.
