hehehehe, You got that right!! Not sure of bolt pattern on them but being from an ATV I'm betting I'll be making some more wheel spacer/adaptors like these.
The ones on the left are for Rhobyns G2 and the others went on the Yamazuki.

I can get on with the lift now that I have something I can measure!
Gonna need to make some wheel spacers/adaptors for the pattern.
24" Maxxis should do nicely for her, not to wide so still easy to steer!

Scotty, give me a call on my nickel when you get a chance.

I didn't go with the Aluminum adaptors this time. I cut some 1.25 round bar 1.5" long for front and 1.250 for rear, drilled and threaded them 1/2-20 to screw onto the lug studs.
Then cut some 1/2" thick Adaptor plates on the Laser that bolt to the spacers. That gets the wheel on with about a .100 gap between the dust cap and back of the rim.

The front wheel is on with no lift but the rear scrubs the plastic so I have to do a spring over in the back and then drop axle in front to level it.

So I finished the wheel adapters, spacers and put them together. I didn't have any aluminum in stock so I did the next best thing with some 1 1/4 round stock for spacers, 1/2" plate for adapter, a little laser time, bolts and lugnuts.
Not as pretty as the aluminum but will be covered up anyway.

I've done my preassesment and inventory of needed and "wanted" parts.

NEEDED to run:
1 - shift cable, will replace both.
2 - starter brushes
3 - tune up stuff
4 - charging battery now.

Wants List:
Total clean up
Body work and paint
lift, tires and wheels
build dump bed out of aluminum diamond plate
electric dump lift
front and rear hitch
front winch
rollbar and top
Seat covers
seat side restraints
steering wheel
lights repaired

and anything else I can think of "she" might like. hehehe!

Hope you got that cart for a song, 'cause with the amount of mods you are doing is going to cost you an arm and leg.

Rhobyn found it and the CL add said will trade for ATV so I actually traded an older Yamaha 200 Blaster that didn't run and $100.00 for it.
Hey! He couldn't do without it, what could I say?

Well I would say that was a "song". I am too da** old to ride a ATV and a golf cart is so much easier to drive and ride in that ATVs are useless to me now. With a starting price of near nothing it is no wonder that you have all those plans. I always like to see what can be done. My cart has a 6" lift, 22 inch tires, I added driving lights, oil pressure gauge, Voltmeter, hour meter, did the key start-idle mod, tampered with the governor, exhaust mod and a few other tricks but won't come close to what your are doing/planning. Keep postiong the pics as you complete each step.

P.S. You do good work. I like the spacers you built. I have to send all my metal work to a machine shop. Don't have the tools myself or the skills so I have to get Shorty to do it for me.

And nothing wrong with that either, just means you have more free time to enjoy other stuff.
