Just one last clutch question, I promise. I have a new aftermarket clutch that will go on after the motor is prettied up a little. I was wondering could install a bolt and leave it where the puller bolt goes. Just a short 1.5 bolt that could be used later to pull the clutch when needed. I want to get the correct thread as it is different than the stock clutch and just leave it in the clutch. I know I will never remember where I put it later when I need to pull the clutch.

The clutch mounting bolt will prevent you from doing that.

YUP, you are so right about that. Thats what I get for getting a hair brained idea while looking at the clutch while it is sitting on my bench and add in a few cocktails to screw things up....
