Do some leg work - go to alltraxinc.com and download the LED status light codes for the control and save it for future use. Then when you see a fault code you can look it up

Between the black and white wires coming from the ITS sensor. The wires have to be connected while the voltage is measured.

However, find out why you are getting seven red flashes first.
Hint: plug a laptop into controller and find out where Over Voltage slider is set to.

Thought I'd post follow-up for anyone that might have same symptoms.
I put a 300 amp 1206-4301 Master Drive controller on the cart in place of the AXE 4845, 400A. Had to do some harness and heat sink mods. The cart is quicker with the smaller controller and does hills like a goat. Roger and Amber at FSIP helped a lot. Thanks to all here at BGW again.
