Default ezgo doesn't move

Hey guys. Got a 2000 ezgo txt in the shop this morning im having some trouble with. After going through scottyb's sticky on 'ezgo diagnostics', I discover a high current cable on the back of the FnR switch had burnt/melted completely apart. The post in the switch was just turning, so I replaced the whole FnR assembly. Now im still getting pack voltage between B+ and M- on the controller without pressing the pedal down. Any ideas what the problem might be? Because im stumped. Also performed the motor unwanted continuity test and it checked out fine.

Pack voltage between B+ and M- says the controller is being told to pass max amps to the motor or that the MOSFETs in the controller are shorted. Also, the high current cables on the controller might be landed on the wrong terminals.

I believe your high current wires should be wired like the one's in post #3 of ScottyB's response on this thread: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...tallation.html

Check to see if your F\R switch wiring follows this diagram.
