CG, Might try "Anti seize" in my experience , it stays put better than grease.
Also great at preventing rust.

Heres the info on the rear end. I was hoping it was just the o-ring leaking and the bearings are ok.?? Im going to pull the pan clean it up and RTV it back on. If I pull off the snap ring will the input shaft come right out to inspect the bearings and O-ring? The only reason I found this was I was having motor issues. Rear end wasn't giving me any problems. Still trying to figure out the type and quantity of oil.

For your "non-posi" txt style dana electric, My opinion is 305cc 75-90 gear lube.

Use Valvoline Full Synthetic 75w-90 Gear Oil you can't go wrong. 10 to 12 ounces is all that pan will hold. Oil will start coming back out the hole.

Yes.
Get kit CG. listed.

Replace parts -- use the included oil slinger disk.( additional part-not currently installed in your cart)

From CG's post "It includes a new bearing, new o-ring, and a slinger, its part number is 99999-JU200."

I 2nd the full synthetic Valvoline. I run my cart hard.....through sand, dirt, rocks, mud, up and down hills with my 24hp v twin. Had the cart for 9 years now, never had an issue with the stock rear end....knock on wood.....

Virtually guaranteed that the o-ring is the issue. Simple fix.
