New battery question
I have read the sticky on break in but my question is should I just leave it on the charger until I have time to run it down to 50% in one trip and I totally avoid short trips or just leave it off the charger till I can run it down to 50% as I would have to ride it 10-15 mile or more to drain it that low or will new battery drain a lot faster?

Re: New battery question
The main point is to not run it below 50% not to run it to 50%. Charge it anytime you are not using it.

Re: New battery question
Short runs between charges are the ticket for break-in.

Re: New battery question
One other thing. You measure for 50% with no load right and not running voltage?

Re: New battery question
A good rule of thumb is, if you run the cart for 15 minutes of "pedal time", you should charge it when your done with it, IF, you are done with it for the day.
