Cub Car DS with sport windshield questions
I finally got my 2000.5 CC DS going thanks to the forum and TahoeDawg. Since I already have a Precedent with a top and back seat, I'm thinking of going with a sport windshield roadster look. I've looked at the Jakes sport WS and its pretty much what I want. It comes with a stainless steel frame so I would probably have it powder coated black. If anyone has pics of carts they have used this WS on please post them. What kind of rear view mirror would I use? Also I'm considering some 12 or 14 inch wheels. The 205-30-14 calculates to 18.8 inch diameter. Could I get by without a lift? I want to keep it as low as possible. Any comments would be appreciated.

Re: Cub Car DS with sport windshield questions
Thanks for your reply. I have a really tight parking space so I'm going to try to find one that mounts in the center of the WS. What kind of wheels did you use? I'd like to see some pictures.

Re: Cub Car DS with sport windshield questions
That makes a difference. Any thoughts on tire size?

I was looking at the 205-30-14. It calculates to 18.8 inch diameter.http://thumbs.ebaystatic.com/images/...JZw/s-l225.jpg

Re: Cub Car DS with sport windshield questions
with the 12" you would sit 2" lower on the same tire
i don't like the look of the 14" rim , but thats just me |

Re: Cub Car DS with sport windshield questions
Actually one inch lower. You have to divide difference by 2. I know what you're saying. Also the 14 inch wheels with an 18.8 diameter will ride rougher that a 12 with the same tire diameter. i.e. 215-40-12.
