This should be your wiring diagram for that cart. As for the motor, are you sure that it's labeled F1 and F2? That part number is a CC 36v series wound motor.

It is also a 1985 club car serial #A8532 82740. The motor has club car identification tag and a 1012190 # . Also has the A1 A2 F1 F2 terminals. Thanks to you guys I was able to find a wiring diagram online for this motor. Not sure if I am going to like the shunt motor seems like it is a much more of a slower start then the other. learning lots thanks!

Shunt motors and series motors ARE NOT compatible. You will damage electrical components if you mix these two systems. Your cart is a series cart and needs a series motor. Does this make sense?

I am thinking it is a much older motor that's in the car and not the original cause the diagram that is matching up comes from a 1975 club car model.

Where are you getting these diagrams? And can you double check your serial number?

I swear I am not crazy that is the number on the car and that is the correct number on the motor. I also found the diagram on bing by typing in 36v club car shunt motor wiring diagram and found the diagrams with the solenoids and all the date on the diagram showed up as a 1975 club car.

Club Car never made a 36v sepex (shunt) system, so there's no way the motor can be made by CC if it is shunt.

Just because you typed it does not make it so... I tried your search as typed above in Google then replaced sepex with series and got the same results....

Has this cart ever run as is or was it found is as?

FYI... Club Car didn't have a shunt wound motor until the mid 1990s.
