Re: Now what's wrong with the Cart after new batteries
Recently had this happen on cart with the shuttering and low speed. Pulled the motor and then the armature from the casing and the brushes were froze in place. The oxidization from the metal brush holders locked up the brushes therefore not a good connection to armature, cleaned them up and worked like a charm.
