Default 2012 CC Precedent runs very slow

I just replaced the MCOR 4 on my 2012 CC Precedent because of posts I have read hear. It did not fix the problem and was looking for other suggestions. I have 2 month old fully charged and checked out the batteries. Just looking for something else to try. Thank you

Check the speed sensor. Normally if you push the cart by hand the anti roll-off activates if the speed sensor is good. This is indicated by the reverse buzzer beeping and the cart physically resisting being pushed.

What exactly is it doing? How old are the batteries, lift, larger than stock tires, stock motor, stock controller?

mjroman20 is correct. Do the speed sensor test. I've got a write-up on it here:

If you need to replace it, use a quality sensor. Don't order one of the cheap Chinese knockoffs on eBay or Amazon.

(Secret) Get a speed sensor (if you need it) from a site sponsor. The service is great and you know you'll get a quality part.

No. Get the cheapest part you can find on flea-bay and learn the hard way like some of the other noobs that I've seen on here lately. "You can lead a horse to water but....."

I learned the hard way many years ago building cars and trucks.

Everything is stock. Have applied code to make it go about 20mph. As the description says, the batteries are 2 months old. Cart was a rental return that was rebuilt. It worked fine for about 6 months. Thank you for your response.

Replaced the speed sensor like was suggested and that corrected the problem. Thank everyone for their responses.
