2007 Precedent: Help Adding Electric Accessories

Howdy. I have a 2007 Precedent which contains 4 12V batteries. I added the madjax headlight/taillight kit and was able to directly wire the rear lights into a bucket harness that was already on the cart. Then power was tied into another harness already under the seat / came with the cart.

I want to add several accessories (light bar (maybe 2), radio, USB/12V charger for phone, etc).

I plan to add this reducer:

Where is the best place to mount it? They say to wire it to "all the batteries" - is there an existing harness that I can wire it to? Or do I have to attach it to one of the terminal sets on one of the batteries?

From there I plan to add a fuse block but am confused at what kind I need. I see some that have positive hookups only. It seems like I would need to wire positive and negative wires to the block. Thoughts? Something like this:
