whats inside this that can if hit on case it goes to working,my cart after a ride stops and let it sit a day go again,cked every wire,if if hold throttle down it just sits and the solonoid will click when push pedal but if i tap on the alltrax box it takes off,all big cables,wire ends,the green lights on when push pedal.?

Bad connection inside the box. Is it still under warranty?

Not much to do inside the box as it is filled with epoxy resin.

If it is not a bad connection in any of the external connections then it is most likely a terminal failure. I know of one case over the years that was repairable? Call Alltrax if you think you may be that one in a million guy

Was hoping it was a loose wire also so id move all one at a time while holding the pedal down and nothing,tap on the box while holding pedal and it takes off and good for rest of the day sometimes.
