Default Name of this part ??

Would like to know what is the black piece the bumper is mounted on and brush guard bolts to,

03 DS with factory lift "Z" brackets,

it is a bumper spacer
used to keep factory bumper of club car

Kinda, sorta...
It's an "add on" plate to support the brush gaurd and the front of the cowl.
After the Z lift, the cowl sits higher from the original frame mounts.
My CC brush guard has that all built in!

Nothing to worry about!

Other side has a split actually and was clicking, so any body have a part number or just ask for a bumper spacer,

It looks to be an All Sports brush guard, (but don't quote me on that)
I don't know the name or a part number, but my closest description would be a "Z lift/brush guard adapter plate".

It's a factory Club Car brush guard, it's used on a lot of carryall's and older XRT's.
They only come in powder coated black, I didn't care for it, so I painted it!
