So, you replaced the electrolyte with salt water and expected them to charge? That’s a new one for sure. Batteries require real electrolyte to accept a charge. Quit screwin’ around and get new batteries! Please.

Oh great, G. Now our new friend will be buying battery acid solution refilling the batts and trying to charge all over again. The truth is batteries require clean plates to accept a charge and these plates are sulfated beyond what salt can etch off.
