Default Vibration

09 drive 6" lift and 23" off-road tires anytime im driving it sounds like every piece of plastic on the cart is vibrating/rattling. This is my first cart and maybe it's just cause they're off road tires but wanted to confirm here thanks

That tread pattern on pavement is going to vibrate. That may be all it is. Try it on grass and see if it's any smoother.

desert tire-it will buzz/hum on pavement...
did this problem start as soon as you changed the rim/tires?

Just Vibration sound or Vibration of cart ?
,
Sound ///coming from front or back or cant tell .. center beauty cab of wheel should not spin by hand or loose piece of something in there, loose lower separate cowling piece or accessories idem of some kind , if you even have any ? loose shock , brakes .
.
Cart /// lug nuts, axle nut /bearings ,king pin bushings , tie rods , steering rod assembly , Can you feel the vibration down low on the steering shaft ? toe in , or somethings just loose , do a quick tightening check on every nut and bolt under there .

No it's just plastic rattling I'm guessing from the aggressive tires...it goes away in the grass

Oh yeah. Same issue here. I bought some sound deadening material and also used memory foam. Just started stuffing and sticking it everywhere I can as long as it's out of sight. I have eliminated all but a couple of stubborn rattles.
